A personal brand and communications coach, Felicity works one-on-one with professional women and business owners to have the confidence to share their work and grow their profile – even when the idea of ‘stepping up’ is frightening.
With twenty years experience in marketing and public relations for much loved Australian and global brands, Felicity has honed her skills promoting everything from gaming to greeting cards to beer. Career highlights include creating the relationship between The National Breast Cancer Foundation and Hallmark Cards (continues to this day), managing the now infamous Talking Boony campaign and being part of the team to launch Australia’s first luxury beer.
Felicity’s last 12 years were happily spent at Carlton & United Breweries where she learned to love beer and managed PR for the portfolio including acting as company spokesperson. She has recently left corporate life to run a coaching and consulting business.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Monash University) and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations (RMIT). She is also a trained life coach (Beautiful You Coaching Academy) and image consultant.
Happily married with a young train and truck-loving son, Felicity is a passionate yogi, coffee appreciator and loves a good book in bed. She also has a fondness for a good pair of shoes.
Some of my proudest career moments:
Auditioning for and securing the female presenter role for Crown News (a news program for Crown Casino employees) just out of university, back then it was my dream to become a journalist.
Starting (and then later closing) a business with two friends in the late 90s and still being best mates to this day. Our products were featured in Vogue Interiors, Cosmopolitan, The Age and the Herald Sun.
Creating the partnership between Hallmark Cards and The National Breast Cancer Foundation and securing Sarah Murdoch to spearhead the Hallmark Mother’s Day campaign.
Driving significant membership growth year on year for Hallmark’s Advantage Program – a marketing program for retailers.
Publicising some of Australia’s favourite brands including VB, Crown Lager, Cascade and Carlton Draught including being a spokesperson for the infamous “Talking Boony” figurines.
Taking a very big leap to go out on my own and work with women to make a difference in their lives (and mine).
